This policy explains how ELTRADE LLC (OsOO «El Trade», TIN 03008201810252, Bishkek, 77 Sagymbay Manaschy St., office 7) processes the personal data of visitors to eltrade.kg under the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on Personal Information. 1. Data we receive Name, phone number, email, company name, message text and attached files you enter in the request form, plus the page the request was sent from and technical visit details (referral source, page language). 2. Purpose To answer your request, calculate delivery cost and timing, prepare a quotation and contract, and contact you about the deal. 3. Legal basis Your consent, given by ticking the box in the request form. Requests cannot be sent without it. 4. Recipients Requests go to the ELTRADE CRM (Bitrix24) and are available only to staff handling them. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for advertising. Disclosure to public authorities happens only where required by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. 5. Retention Data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above and no longer than three years after your last request, unless a longer period is required by law or contract. 6. Security The site uses HTTPS; access to requests is restricted by staff roles. 7. Your rights You may ask which data we hold, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent: eltradekg@gmail.com, +996 704 336 600.
